BALI
August 19-27, 2017
Dive Safari
8 Nights / 16 dives
Bali is an Indonesia island known for it’s lush jungles, volcanic mountains, iconic rice paddies, wite sand beaches and diverse coral reefs. Our group wasted no time getting in the water after a long trip to the eastern part of the island.
We spent 8 wonderful nights on a ‘Dive Safari’ diving the reefs, wrecks and unique muck sits of the Tulamben bay and Island of Nusa Penida. Over the course of 19 dives we saw an amazing array of Bali’s famous critters. From Mantis Shrimp and Giant Frog Fish, to large Schools of Hump Head Parrots and 6 species of clown fish, not a dive was lost without seeing at least one of the “Must See” critters Bali is home to. Large Morays hunting at night, the USS Liberty Wreck and some friendly Cuttlefish made the trip a huge success underwater.
While on shore we visited a few ancient stone temples and other jungle sites as well as toured the ancient Monkey Forest for some candid photo opportunities.
We are definitely going back to Bali SOON!
